I’m KC Chavez, a local microgreens farmer in the North Texas Area. I'm the founder of Perro DFW Microgreens, and boy, do I have a story for you. A few years back, I had an unexpected chat with none other than God himself. True story! In this enlightening conversation, I asked the big man upstairs, "How can I be of service? How can I give back and help?" Without missing a beat, He replied, "Feed my children."

And just like that, Perro DFW Microgreens was born.
