The founder of Perro DFW Microgreens here in North Texas. What began as a simple passion for growing fresh food has transformed into a purpose-driven mission to nourish families, support local restaurants, and strengthen communities across DFW.
My journey into this work is deeply personal. A few years ago, during a moment of prayer and reflection, I asked God a simple but powerful question: “How can I serve? How can I give back?”
The answer came clearly: “Feed my children.”
